We are pleased to make the latest technological advance and allow our customers the privilege, ability and control of running their own tri merge credit report and pre qualifying online.
Many companies “pre qualify” without credit scores. These are not the best practices as everything involved in pricing and placing a loan is based on your credit score. Therefore we do not pre qualify anyone without a credit report.
When you run your own credit you receive an immediate copy of it.
When you get pre qualified and enter your Realtor’s, Builder’s, or For Sale By Owner’s (FSBO) EMAIL information, we will send them a copy of your pre qualification.
CreitXpert reports are provided for each credit run.
