We have a system in place that allows us to help even the most difficult credit situations and we want to help you. There is no reason to rent any longer and there is help available. We offer four different types of credit repair programs:

Credit Reports: This is a service we provide to our clients who have not checked their credit in the last 3 months and are unsure of their credit scores. The only fees involved in this service is the cost of the FICO credit report. By law a mortgage company cannot charge more than the credit report costs.

CreditXpert Report: This is a report provided free of charge that shows you where you rank in the nation. It details your positive and negative factors and also gives you scenarios for possible improvements in your credit with their possible score changes.

Credit Counseling: This service is designed to help you get your credit back on track. We counsel you either in person on over the phone. We tell you exactly what you need to do to increase your scores and who to contact if you need to make adjustments to your credit report. This service is provided for a flat fee of $100 paid at the time of counseling.

Full Service Credit Repair: This service is designed for a complete credit overhaul. We provide you a copy of your credit report and review it line by line for accuracy. Our team of trained professionals then do the leg work for you by taking care of the items that need to be repaired on your credit. Every credit report is different so score adjustments vary depending on time frame and number of items repaired. Generally this service takes between 30 and 60 days but in some cases can take longer. We charge $250 at the initial meeting and $250 when completed but this can be rolled into your closing costs on your new home!
